Problem in posting XML to a service.

Question

Hi,

We have a problem in connecting with another server. Here is the scenario, we post an XML request, and we get a response with another XML. It worked perfectly on my personal machine, and we retrieved the data perfectly from the service provider servers. But when put on the servers we got this error 

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 207.161.211.246:443

At first it could be a problem with the service provider, but it was not, then I though it is a problem with the firewall of the hosting server but they told me that the port 443 is opened.

Any Idea of other problems. taking into consideration that my code is a working one.
