problem in mysql

Question

hello every one, well my problem is that i have one root database folder of mysql...(frm file) i want that when i copy of my database folder(all frm files) in diffrent system then its not opening in mysql its says "table Does not exists". but i want to open all tables. if this is possible in mysql then let me know please its too urgent........... thanks in Advance
