Problem in Importing gmail contacts to my website

Question

While Connecting it throws an exception like

Unable to connect to Remote Server---->system.net.sockets.sockectsException:The Requested address is not valid in this context 0.0.0.0:80 at system.net.dopoint.net.sockectexception(endpoint andpointsnapshot,sockectaddress socketaddress).......

The same issue for both gmail and yahoo....

can any one send me the link where can i get the yahoo API trail version....
Plz give ur suggestions to solve this problem....
