Problem in converting C# code to VB.NET

Jan 30 2005 11:52 PM
I have included the coding for Threading in C#. I tried to convert the coding into vb.net but an error saying "Parameter count mismatch" displays. It works very well in C# but I don't know how to resolve the problem. Pls help me resolve the problem.
