Problem importing Excel reference to VS2005

Question

When I add ‘Microsoft Excel 11.0 Object Library’ reference to my form(VS2005), Excel namespace remains invisible?? Importing same dll to VS2003 work fine (Excel namespace is visible). Is anyone having same problem? thanks
