Problem Converting xml file in sgml file

Question

Hi, I am developing one project based in asp.net and codebehind as c#.net 2005.I have to generate one utility in which i have to generate sgml file based on data.Is It possible to convert xml file to sgml file?If yes then please provide me solution how can i do that or get that. Other is if it is not possible to convert xml to sgml then is there any facility in .net that i can generate sgml file directly from data given. Please help me on this topic. Pragnesh
