Preview the word/PDF Doc & Searching the Skills

Hope you are doing good!!

Written a code for Preview the But in the Space we are getting ? mark symbol as show in the below image and that doc need to open as a pop-up as monster and other portals are opening.

When i am searching for Multiple skills It needs to Highlite.
Here i am adding my code, Can any one guide me here.

How exactly are you generating preview? Those " symbols are so-called replacement characters a nd they usually indicate an issue with encoding, that a wrong encoder is being used for reading some bytes of text. Anyway, to preview a document on your website you could convert it to either an image or an HTML content or something else, and then place it on your page. If you have a relatively smaller Word document, then you could use a Free version of GemBox.Document which can convert Word files to images or HTML. For example, see this: https://www.gemboxsoftware.com/document/examples/c-sharp-convert-word-to-from-html/105 Alternatively, you could use Office Online or Google Docs to render your document and then preview their rendering in iframe> element that's placed on your page.
