prevent minimize

Question

hello, i am coding a programm which is always shown on the desktop. it has no formborder and is not shown on taskbar, so you can not minimize it, normaly. but when you click "show desktop" on quick launch toolbar, all programms will be minimized, also my desktop tool. how can i prevent that it also will be minimized or how i can make it visible again as soon as it was minimized?
