Present address and permaent address if it will be same

Hi,

 

My present address and permanet address is same and the permanet address should be auto fill up on click on checkbox. Could you please suggest me the code . if without jquery.

 

or esle you can provide me the jquery.

 

Means after fillup the present address while click on the checkbox the permant address will be automatically fill up.

 

Could any one send me the code.
