Preparation for Interview and depth programming

Question

Hello friends, im getting confused how to prepare for the interview for 2 years and i have good knowledge on (c#,asp.net,asp.net-mvc and sharepoint) even thought i have good knowledge on these technologies. for how to implement them in real. that has became a big confusion for me.do i need to do the following things. 

1. learn and practice topic wise or else pracice at the time of requirment.

2.Does practicing hours for each technologies helps me for good command.

 

Note: i want to be a good at progamming in theoratical and practical and to upgrade myself.

any help pls 

 

 

pls let me know any tips so that i can overcome  my confusion and scary behaviour..
