POST API error if cipher suit tls_rsa_with_aes_128_cbc_sha256 disable

Hii, I have a HTTPWebRequest POST data with content type text in C#. But after disabling the cipher suit tls_rsa_with_aes_128_cbc_sha256, its not working.and shows the erroe message underlying connection was closed.
