Popup Notification

Hi guys,

Lets say 3 employess logged in, now i want send notification popup message to 1st employee if he didnt click that popup with in 1min , then that pop up has todisapper to 1st employee and sent 2nd employee, if he also didnt click that popup then it has to send to 3rd employee
