Populating non-English characters from SQL Server to SSRS

Hello guys, though my previous question was not yet answered but I will take this opportunity to ask how to solve this issue:
I have a non-English characters stored in my SQL Server 2014 (Lao language to be specific). Now, I want to generate a report using Business Intelligence (SSRS). The problem is, when I populate the data to SSRS it gives me
"funny square"
characters. Can someone guide on how to populate my required result in SSRS? Below are the samples of my SQL data and SSRS data:
