populate customlist information using active directory user information and custom database

Question

Custom list as given below:

1.Employee Name

2.Employee Id

3.Leave Type

4.No.Of Days leave

Employee Name is coming from active directory users and rest of things are coming from Custom database.so How do populate custom list using active directory and custom db in sharepoint?
