Popularity and Search Reports does not show all sources

In same web application we have 2 site collections

Popularity and Search Reports > Number of Queries report shows all sources for when generated from http://portal.contoso.test/

But does not show all sources when run from http://portal.contoso.test/sites/customer

Any suggestions?

User permissions on List items
