pop up window

Question

I have one link (ex:Alt.name). when I click this link open one pop up box, In that pop up there is 2 fields first one is current Alt.Name and second one is New Alt.Name and one submit button.
In first field it is label and the name comes from the form and second one is text box in that I need to enter new name and click submit button, when i chick the submit button another popup window open and in that one message and two buttons(yes,no) will display. If I click yes button the name change in original form. All this I need to do in Jquery.
