Poll Webpart in sharepoiont 2013

i have a requirement to develop the poll webpart in sharepoint 2013 .I think every one aware of that POlls.User can ask question with three diffrent choices.based on the vote graph will display the chart.
Any one did this for Sharepoint 2013 .i need this webpart for to be compataible with sharepoint 2013.?
