Plz any one help me

Question

Hi..In my ofce some body workd on FSL project in Asp.Net MVC4,but now the problem  in web FSL project is working very slow,redirecting from one page to another page it is taking a lot of time.They are thinking If we add the info into cookies thn it wil take a less time to redirecting but they used cookies only fr the login page.Now they gave the FSL project to me to fix the performance issue but I don't knw how to fix..becz I don't knw MVC.So can any one help me how to solve that performance issue and how to store the  other pages data into cookies after login???Plz he me any one
