please help me to generate number

please,I want to generate number looks like 20100000000001 and increasing each time by one looks like 20100000000002 and so continue every time up by one at each execution, and only change in the year again, where it think 2010 is the year and changes each year new and start all over again 20110000000001,20110000000002......
