Playing multiple avi files using DirectX

Question

hello All,
I tried putting a post yesterday, but i guess, the post is nowhere on the site. I am a beginner in c# .
I have multiple avi files to be played one after the other and i m using DirectX and displaying the avi in Panel control. The problem is swtiching from 1 file to another gives a flicker....
For that i tried placing 1 panel on another and displaying avis on alternate panels, but that is giving a problem of not displaying the 2nd panel at all, inspite of me playing around with the show and Hide methods.
Please suggest what cud be a better way to avoid this flicker.
