Phone no Validation using Regular Expression

Question

I want to validate Textbox that contains  only the numeric Characters and starts with +88 and 11 digits after that using the regular expressions.For Example the phone Number May be [phone]. Plz help me to do so.How can i implement this sort of work.Thanks in Advance.
