Permissions on Folder

Hi, anyone knows how to do in our system if any one knows please help me guys..........

Ensure that some Example folder has these permissions:
a) Modify permissions for Network Services account (or another user assigned as the identity for the IIS application pool).
b) Read permissions for the anonymous internet account (IUSR_<machinename>).
