Permission Error

Question

Hello,

 

        One of our website was working fine 1 week ago. But now it raise an error on a page "DefaultP.aspx".

"HTTP Error 403.0 - ModSecurity Action

You do not have permission to view this directory or page." 

I have searched on google and get response "To give 'IIS-User' Permission... " . All the permissions are already set. Please help to resolve it.
