permision

Question

Hello my firends
i have a DB that i defined it in sql server 2005. I have a programmer team that need that DB. They need to read & write data and defin some stored proceure in it but they don't have to copy Db's table or copy script of tables.
How can i set permision on my DB with above limit?
please guid me.
