Periodic Reminder App for the Windows Taskbar

Question

I found this app on here and thought it sounded really great... so decided to download it, when i try to open it i get this message:

"To run this application, you must first install one of the following versions of the .Net Framework: v2.0.50727
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .Net Framework"

Where do i download this???
