Performance improvement

I am loading 8000 records from db and binding data to a datagrid and also in my page i am using 2 usercontrols

and a materpage whn ever i am rendering the page loading all the controls including usercontrol and my page is

getting crashed i cannot scroll the page how to improve the performance of my page kindly helpme to improve the

performance of the page.Thanks
