Password Validation with Sequential Letters and Numbers

Question

I want to restrict my user dont enter password in sequential letters and numbers too,Is there any method in Oracle databse to achieve my this goal? Actually i did all the client requirement related to password security through Oracle Database SP, but i am unable to do this requiremet. is there anyone who help me out ?
