passing values between one usercontrol to another user control

Question

I have two pages :
1)Mainpage.xaml:in that I am binding Comboboxes by store procedure
2)Countriesbreakdown user control:
which contains  visifire bar chart

I am enclosing my Source code with Countries breakdown .xaml
and mainpage.xaml
