Parent Child Grid View ASP.net C#

Question

Hi.

 

i have one grid view parent child but my one table name is stander member form on this field is nvarchar value for Exapmle HP2012 and my second table is Client member in the nvarchar value for example HP20131231001 it is client id so i have client form fill up so drop down in the stander member selected than after view grid in the stander member in the add for client.

 

so please advice me.
