Panel Drag & Drop around the screen

Question

Hi,

I have a Panel and Webbrowser controls in a forms.
Panel Dock position is left and Web browser dock position is Full.
I need to drag and drop the panel around the screen means it it is left need to drag to right according to the screen width exceeds half screen position and same vice versa.

It's very urgent.

Please find the sample code in attachment.
