Panel does not show at run-time on test machine

Hi, I am deploying my application on a Windows 2000 test machine. On my main Form i have used a panel (with a different colour) on which there are other controls. When running the application on the test machine, the panel does not show up. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be? Thanks, nisha
