paging in silverlight using linq??

Hi guys,
I have created one simple Silverlight application (in 4.0) with datagird and datapager. now i have to display a records in datagrid but the way is going to display is different :-
1. it should retrive first 10 records only from db
2. while click on next button of dataPager it should retrive next 10 records. and viceversa for previous button.
if any1 having som other way, that also i will try to use.
