package is fully executed but rows are not transferred

hi

anyone please help me

i have one text document iam trying to all data are loaded into a db 

so iam using flat file source and oledb destination alll are correct after package is executed but rows are not transferred 

error:[Flat File Source [2]] Warning: The end of the data file was reached while reading header rows. Make sure the header row delimiter and the number of header rows to skip are correct.

 

 

please help me what is this iam cannot understand
