Organizing web application problems...

Question

Hi,

I'm having problems with organizing my web application files in ASP.NET. I've created a master page and all the content pages in a ../UI/shared folder. Default.aspx pages is in root folder and I'm having problems with navigating through sites :|  What is the best way to organise those files?
