Oracle Job to run periodically and sends Email

Question

Hi All,

I have a asp.net,C# application with Oracle as back end. My application is to fill a leave application online and send to his manager for his approval 

( through mail ). Manager should approve/reject the leave application, by clicking on the link in the mail. Currently my concern is if manager does not happen to see this mail. I want to send another reminder email to manager within 2 days( i have a field leave requested date and time in DB table).How to achieve this by any job in oracle that checks periodically and sends reminder mail to the manager..?

Please any help on this regard will be helpful !!!
