oracle database for windows phone connectivity

Dear Sir

I have oracle database on my office server. i want to take the connection and data from the office server to my windows mobile phone apps

though internet.

I have Static ip from BSNL.

please help me for connectivity api for .net 12 frame work(Visual studio 2012)
