Open with Explorer View Issue in IE browser SP 2013

Question

I have an issue In SP2013 IE browser -> when i click " Open with Explorer view" from the library it pop ups "We're having a problem opening this location in File Explorer. Add this web site to your Trusted Sites list and try again." even after adding the site in trusted sites it shows the same error.

 

After googling i have found that desktop experience need to be enabled and Web Client service need to be strted to work in wfe server.

 

But my question here is i have other webapp which is deployed in the same server , the sites in that webapp has no issue with open with explorer view though desktop experience is not enabled.

 

Is there any solution without enabling this desktop experience feature ,so that open with explorer view works.
