open in the desing selected

I got a problem in ASP.Net
i have three design views(in pics) in first page. The design is to be selected. As any one of the design is selected a form appears in the second page. After the form is filled up, i want all those values to be shown or opened in the design that is selected from first page.

So anybody please help me.It would be great.
