Open Google Sheet in ASP.net page Do Some Changes and Save.

Question

I am planing to developing an excel test application in which i want to open an excel with data and some questions based on the data of excel.

 

User wiil view the excel in web page and answer question by performing some operations in excel file like some formula and other.

 

And when user will submit test then this excel with answer should be saved on that google Sheet.

 

Any help will be highly appriciated.
