Open File from SharePoint Library by C# code

Hello
I want to open to edition by Word .doc file which is saved in SharePoint Library and do it by C# code. I would like to create .dll with fuction like open file. But in documentation I cant find any function to open/edit file different then OpenBinary.
Can anybody help me.
