Question

I am building online examination system. i am stuck on exam taking page.  i want to make following kind of layout wehere user can go to individual question and mark quesiton and mark for review. i have no idea how to achieve this.

 

Technology stack: Asp.net mvc, jquery, javascript, sql server, c#. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
