Online courses

Question

I wish to know whether there is a way to record an online course and display it in a computer, because there is a study course every time you follow the course you will have to pay a fee. One payment and recording the course will enable me to display the record without any course fee in the future.

I know one way is using a Video Camera but I wish to know whether there is any other way.
