I have a Windows installer for a .NET Compact Framework 2.0 application targeted at Windows Mobile 6.0 on Xda Trions. The installer is a Windows installer that has a Custom Action that deploys a cab file to a device. If I was just using the cab file, I could easily deploy to multiple devices using the same PC as you just copy the cab file over. However, the installer will only allow me to install once. This is usual for installers but my client has a specifc requirement to have an installer that allows multiple devices to be installed from the same machine. Does anyone know if this is possible? Or is the only way to go back to the cab file only? I have googled and searched this forum but not found anything.
