On Windows 7-64bit User with admin + users right my WPf application is not working

Question

Hi Sir,
I have created WPF application setup. 
When i am installing that setup through user having rights(Admin+user) it is installing that application but when i am 
running that application it is not working properly.
But when i right click that application and run as Administrator then it is running properly.
I am very confused what exactly settings i have to do it in my setup and deployment project.
      Please Help me out.
