On selecting an option in dropdown list dispaly the equivalent opcode of the same row

Question

Here i am having Dropdown List which consists of operations What my requirement is On selecting the option in the dropdown list the equivalent code regarding with the option selected must display in the text box by using SQL as the back end with table named TVOP & column names as "Operation" & "Opcode".

Please Find a solution for this issue
