Offline Winform Desktop App with English & Hindi Words

Hello geeks,

 

I would like to know about some tasks for developing English to Hindi meaning Dictionary.

 

Please let me know, which topic/any specific thing I have to learn to get it done? In textbox/richtextbox field user will enter any English word and the Hindi meaning of that word should be visible beside on label/any control.
