ODBC driver Question
May 24 2005 8:33 AM
I have an application that I would like to connect to a specific database to retrieve information from a specific table. Many users will use the application. I read in a Microsoft article ("ODBC Programmer's Reference - Choosing a Data Source or Driver") that I do not have to individually setup a DSN on each users computer if I supply all the information hard-coded in the application. I am using the the "Microsoft.Data.Odbc" driver in my application. Are there any articles or samples posted that show examples of making this kind of connection? If not, than any help would be appreciated!
