object data source is cant bind data to gridview

Question

i want to display the emp.xml file data into gridview for that i write one class and fill method it is in attachment

but it display the follwing error what wrong

The Select operation is not supported by ObjectDataSource 'ObjectDataSource2' unless the SelectMethod is specified.
