Notify icon in windows application is Showing in mupltiples

Hi Every body,
I am Creating windows application,in that am using a notifyicon and content menu strip.wen the application is loading the notify icon  is showing in multiples instead of one .
I dont know where i went wrong i have 1 icon tool and and 1 content menu strip too only.
Any one can help me .
