Not getting job offer/calls due to 90 days of notice period

Question

Hello,

 

I have 8 yrs of experience in Microsoft technology. worked on .net core, Azure, MVC, SQL server, Entity framework/core. 

 Due to current situation(covid), every employer wants someone who can join in short notice (30 days/45 days max). they are not entertaining candidate who has notice period of 3 months.

 

what should i do ? Shall i resign first and then start looking for job ?
